The property circled in red is now operated as 3 store fronts on the Atlantic City boardwalk. It is located between the Hilton and Trop casino. There is a second level in the end unit and it can be extended throughout the entire 3 units. There would be over 10,000 sq. feet with both levels. The idea would be to open up a cyber cafe/restaurant with a club on the second level. We have already opened the cyber cafe in one of the units and in it's first season, (with very little advertising) we have had a great response.
